For Tim Quackenbush 30th Birthday
Tim Quackenbush is our quite older friend who remembers the days when there were only two Carvel ice-cream cakes: "Fudgey the Whale" and "Cookiepuss" -- he talks about them a lot. So I made him Cookipuss for his birthday.
Cake: Chocolate & vanilla ice cream, chocolate crunchies, whip cream.

Design: 2 chocolate chip cookies, white, black and green piping icing, 1 ice cream cone and shredded coconut.
